It's the same with feedback on whirlpool, so people mistrust one post wonders with good reason. It takes time to build up a reputation.
They are sturdy and top quality and well worth the money. I am very pleased I bought them as I have now totally organised my shed and they are lockable.
As I read in comments above, I've called on the morning my item was meant to arrive, he said it had been sent, then I received a dispatch notice an hour later (still took another 4 days to come!)
ST sent me the wrong part which I've returned but still waiting for the part I ordered. They offered me a discount and I ordered something else which I am now also waiting on. Very poor communication and some outright lies about shipping.

If you use your holesaw kit only once in a while, then the cheaper standard kits from bunnings/sydney tools will do.
